Need an order status update?
You can contact Premium Auto Styling to request an order update anytime by emailing us, somone from our sales team will be happy to assit you

How soon will my order ship?
We strive to process and accurately ship all orders within 3 - 4 business days. If for some reason your order will not ship right away you will be emailed immediately with an estimated ship date. You always have the option of canceling your order if you prefer not to wait.

 

What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?

It means, we have received your order and processing it. Allow 3-4 business before shipment. In most cases, it'll be out faster!  

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

As surprising as it may seem the checkout process on our website is considerably safer than giving your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant. We take our customers Security and Privacy very seriously and use the highest level of protection possible. We use SSL encryption security utilizing advanced data encryption to protect your privacy and personal information. When you submit an order your personal information is encrypted to prevent others from intercepting your data. All online transactions through our website are secured with industry standard SSL encryption. We are registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for every customer. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing. We do not sell, trade, barter or rent your name, personal information, address, phone number or e-mail address to anyone for any reason.

Can I cancel my order? 
If the order has not shipped it can be canceled minus a small processing fee. As a merchant we are charged a transaction fee from the credit card company when any order is placed, if we then refund an order we are charged another even higher fee for the refund transaction, the refund transaction fee is on top of the original transaction fee. Customers are responsible for the 8% transaction fee for any canceled order. NO EXCEPTIONS. Our system often emails tracking numbers at the end of the business day or even in the evening, so your account may state the order has not shipped but that's not necessarily the case. Please contact us to determine if your order has shipped or not. If the order has shipped the customer will have to go through the standard return procedure.

Can I pay using my Paypal account to pay for my order?
Yes. Paypal is accepted from customers that have verified Paypal accounts and use a verified shipping address located in the United States. We will not ship any orders to unverified Paypal addresses. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Can I place an international order?
Yes, we gladly accept international orders.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?
If you need to cancel your order please email us immediately and include your name, order number, phone number and reason for canceling. We can cancel any order that has not been processed. If your order is currently in processing or has already been shipped you must go through the return process in order to obtain a refund for your order. For more information about the terms and conditions which will govern your return please refer to our return policy.

How do I tracking my order? 
Customer accounts are updated with tracking info the same day orders are placed or within 48hrs. To make it more convenient for our customers our system automatically emails each customer their tracking numbers when orders ship. Customers are not required to log into the website to track the status of orders. Our goal is to keep customers updated regarding their order status at all times. Of course we're also happy to answer any Order Status emails customers send us, as always customers will receive a quick response from an actual person (not an automated email).

Will you send me a bunch of junk email after I place an order?
No. We do not use your personal information to send you unsolicited emails. Some companies use customer email addresses to send unsolicited emails everyday attempting to promote products and upcoming sales, NOT us! We confirm receipt of your order with a return email and our shipping system automatically sends an email when your order ships. We may also use your e-mail address and/or phone number to contact you if we have questions regarding your order. Premium Auto Styling does not release your e-mail address or phone number to any other company or person for any reason.

What’s your privacy policy regarding my personal information?
We require your basic contact information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number in order to properly fulfill your order. We do not sell, trade, barter or rent your name, personal information, address, phone number or e-mail address to anyone for any reason. Premium Auto Styling does not release your name, address, email address or phone number to any other company or person for any reason.
