First mist the adhesive side of the overlay very lightly with surface lube (water soap solution) and then position the tint overlay into place on your vehicle's tail light. Position the overlay into place, once aligned, tack it down with a squeegee. Starting from the center of the piece you are working on, with a felt edge squeegee firmly push out the air, and any moisture from underneath the tint out to the edges.
