These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Premium Auto Styling website (www.premiumautostyling.com) and any purchase you make (“Products”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Product use & legal compliance

Some Products are designed for off-road, show, or track use only and may not be legal for on-road use in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking local, state, and federal laws before purchasing, installing, or using any Product.

2) Orders, pricing & payment

  • We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors).

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.

3) Shipping, risk of loss & delivery

  • Shipping options are shown at checkout; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.

4) Returns & exchanges

Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for eligibility, timelines, and instructions. Some items (e.g., custom/made-to-order) may be limited to exchange or store credit. Start a request by emailing orders@premiumautostyling.com with your order number.

5) Limited warranty (30 days)

We warrant against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 30 days from the purchase date, applicable to the original purchaser only.

This warranty does not cover: improper installation; misuse/abuse; normal wear; cosmetic blemishes after installation; damage from chemicals, weather, pressure washers, or automatic car washes; issues arising from non-OEM paint, repaints, or poor surface prep.

How to make a claim: Email orders@premiumautostyling.com within 30 days with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or provide a remedy at our discretion.

Installation note: Premium Auto Styling is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or property resulting from installation or removal of any Product.

6) Installation & surface condition

Proper prep (clean/decon, isopropyl wipe) and conditions (recommended temperatures) are required. Films are removable when installed/removed as directed, but we cannot guarantee outcomes on repainted, aged, or otherwise compromised surfaces. Always test in an inconspicuous area first.

7) Notice of non-affiliation & trademarks

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any automobile manufacturer or brand. All manufacturer names, model names, marks, emblems, and images are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification/fitment reference only.
Examples include: Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, RAM (FCA US LLC/Stellantis), Hyundai, Nissan, and others. All rights belong to their respective owners.

8) Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, product patterns, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Premium Auto Styling and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9) User content (reviews/photos)

If you submit reviews, photos, or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Auto Styling will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product at issue.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Premium Auto Styling harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Products.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
